PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of improving detection accuracy and service life of an optical fiber sensor arranged in a water channel.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system includes: a water pipe (twisted pipe 30) having on its inner periphery an inner spiral groove (first inner spiral groove 30a) that is a spiral groove moving in a longitudinal direction of a water channel while rotating; and an optical fiber sensor 18 arranged spirally along the inner spiral groove. The hot water supply system includes means of detecting the accumulation state of scale on the basis of reflection light or transmitted light of the optical fiber sensor 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
