TWO SPEED FINAL DRIVE FOR TRACK VEHICLE WITH COMBINED CONTROL OF SPEED GEAR

The goal of the solution is to increase the range of transmission gear ratios and safety of the vehicles operation when driving and gear shifting with special applications of military track amphibian vehicles. The introduced aim is achieved by the fact that the vehicle contains two two-stage final transmissions, which are attached to the side armours of the vehicle, and each of them contains two simple planetary transmissions, which are shifted by means of a moveable toothed collar. The moveable toothed collar is controlled with the left final transmission mechanically by the manual gear lever and with the right final transmission hydraulically by means of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder. The position of the manual gear lever is secured by the recess on the console and the position of the push rod of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder is secured by the bulleted arresting device, which is controlled hydraulically. Gradual gear shifting in the individual final transmissions and the protection of the position of the push rod of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder is secured by the electrically controlled two-way three-position valve in such a way that the gear shifting with the right final transmission is carried out after the gear shifting with the left final transmission.<IMAGE>
