PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a product in sintering. CONSTITUTION:In the formation of a sintering material, a bulged hooking part 3 is integrally formed on one end of the formed article, the article is suspended by hooking the bulged part in a hooking groove 6 opened on a top plate 4 and having a width narrower than that of the bulged part and the article is baked in a baking furnace keeping the suspended state. Since the gravitational force acts to the article in vertical direction same as the direction of the axial line of the article, the deformation of the article by the non-uniform temperature in the sintering furnace can be suppressed by the action of gravity. |
