<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel wire having a flux core for welding a zinc-based alloy coated steel sheet, which provides a weld part having excellent corrosion resistance and ductility and excellent welding work efficiency and which does not cause zinc embrittlement cracks in a weld metal part. <P>SOLUTION: An outer metal sheath made of stainless steel and a flux in total comprises, as a metal or an alloy, in mass (%) as percentage to the total mass of the wire: C: 0.01-0.05%, Si: 0.1-1.5%, Mn: 0.5-3.0%, Ni: 7.0-10.0%, Cr: 26.0-30.0%, wherein an F value ranges from 30 to 50, the flux further contains, as a slag formation agent, in mass (%) as percentage to the total mass of the wire: TiO<SB>2</SB>: 0.6-2.6%, SiO<SB>2</SB>: 1.8-3.8%, ZrO<SB>2</SB>: 1.0-3.5%, and optionally Al2O<SB>3</SB>: 0.1-1.0%, wherein the slag formation agent and other slag formation agent in total is equal to or less than 10%, and the wire further comprises Fe and inevitable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
