<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a steric multi-stage multi-purpose fermenter enabling effective utilization of land, solving the problem of foul-smell gas and waste water in the fermentation treatment process and capable of performing all steps from the preliminary fermentation to the aging in one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: This steric multi-stage multi-purpose fermenter is provided with fermentation layers 2, a discharging port 3 opened at the top of the fermentation layer 2, an aging layer 4 placed under the fermentation layer and a preliminary fermentation layer 6 placed under the aging layer 4. Each fermentation layer 2 is provided with a supporting means 20 rotatable in the circumferential direction, a stirring means 30 having a plurality of stirring blades 32, detachably connected to the supporting means 20 and rotatable in the horizontal direction relative to the bottom face of the fermenter, a gas-introducing means 40 placed under the stirring means 30, an openable opening means for transfer and a filter means 60 placed at the top of the fermentation layers.</p> |
