A METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE COMPOUNDS HAVING LOW CONTENT OF ALKALINE METALS, SIMILAR TO HYDROTALCITE

The compounds similar to hydrotalcite are being prepared based on the reaction between magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide in the alkaline environment with a compound able to provide carbonate ions, when the appropriate reaction conditions are kept, while this compound is closed to carbon dioxide or ammonium carbonate. Ammonia is a suitable facility to reach the appropriate alkaline environment. The created product shows a low content of alkaline metals, and after having been separated and the actual surface treatment has been provided, together with the dehydration and disintegration, it is suitable for binding of acidic decomposition product in polymer substances.
