The composition comprises a halogen-free flame-retardant filler and surface-treating agent containing a) one or more fatty acid derivatives from the polymeric acids, keto-fatty acids or fatty acids alkyloxazolines, or fatty acids alkylbisoxazolines or b) fatty acid and siloxane derivative.
