PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outage section locator which can detect even if an outage occurs in a substation. SOLUTION: The outage section locator comprises a CT section 71 for detecting the current and voltage of a radio CT, a ground voltage detecting section 73, an A/D section 74 for converting the current and voltage waveforms digitally, a memory section 75 for storing resulting information, a section 76 for operating the differential current waveform between outage time and sound time, a section 77 for comparing the magnitude of the differential current waveform with a predetermined value, a section 78 for operating the phase angle difference between voltage and current, and sections 79, 80 for communicating information with a ground section on the charged side. The ground section is provided with sections 45, 46 for transmitting/receiving radio wave to/from the radio CT. A decision section is provided with a section 55 for controlling transmission/reception of the radio CT information through the ground station, during the operation of a bus protective relay 61, and an outage section locating section 56. |
