摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material in which the amount of the catalyst metal such as platinum to be used can be reduced, to provide its production method, to provide an electrochemical sensor, to provide an electrode for a fuel cell, to provide an oxygen reduction catalyst electrode, and to provide a biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: Using glassy carbon as a working electrode 12, a platinum wire as a counter electrode 14, and a silver-silver chloride electrode as a standard electrode 16, an ammonium carbamate aqueous solution of 0.1M is subjected to electrolytic oxidation at a fixed potential from 0.8 to 1.3V for 1hr.
