<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which reduces the clock skew influences and can reduce its operating power consumption. SOLUTION: An entire semiconductor integrated circuit is divided into circuit blocks 10, 20 and 30, and the clock signals 1, 2 and 3 of different systems are supplied to the blocks 10 to 30 respectively. The clocks are allocated in each circuit block to minimize the clock skews, and the data are transferred among those circuit blocks via the queues 40, 50, 60 and 70. The clock signal which is supplied to each circuit block connected to the input and output parts is supplied to each queue, and the queue inputs and outputs the data synchronously with the clock signals of the input and output sides respectively. Every queue has one or more data entries and outputs the data in an input sequence or in an optional sequence.</p> |
