<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inexpensive cement for a ligneous cement board without the ligneous material being restricted by the kind of tree, without the production stages being increased and capable of preventing the elution of the hardening inhibiting component of the ligneous material and to furnish the method for producing a ligneous cement board using the cement. SOLUTION: The premixed portland cement 11, gypsum and hardening accelerator (CaCl2 , etc.), is added to a ligneous material 12 (wood chip and woodwool) under specified conditions, water is added to the mixture, and the admixture is kneaded by a mixer. It takes about 130 min normally for the hardening inhibiting material to elute from the ligneous material 12. The setting time of the cement 11 is shortened to 10-90 min since the hardening accelerator is added to the cement, and the cement 11 is sufficiently hardened before the inhibiting component is eluted. Consequently, the ligneous material 12 is not restricted by the kind of the tree used, a relatively inexpensive board is produced without increasing the number of stages, and the elution of the hardening inhibiting component of the ligneous material 12 is prevented.</p> |
