PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically shorten work time necessary for sleep processing of individual exposure dose meter during carrying the meter. SOLUTION: An individual exposure dose meter charging and lending device 1a has a controller 14 which designates a dose meter 2 for sleep processing and is provided with a function as a dose meter switching means to connect in turn the dose meter 2 mounted in a charging and lending device based on the designation to a signal processor 3 for sleep processing and a function to output a carry out signal unlocking the dose meter 2 having finished the sleep processing. By automatically switching the dose meters 2 in turn by close switching means for sleep processing, the close meter 2 having finished the sleep processing is unlocked and completion is indicated.
