PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a foam molded product for cutting a section to be cut simply and accurately in a foam molding tool and reducing manhours and cost and also provide a foam molding tool thereof. SOLUTION: In a molding method for a molten product in which a skin 11 and a base 21 are disposed on a mold face 32 of a bottom force 31 and a mold face 42 of a top force 41 and a foam raw material M is foamed between the skin 11 and the base 21 to mold a molded product 10 composed of the base 21, a foamed body 15 and the base 21 integrated together and then a section 25 to be cut of the molded product 10 is removed, a cutting blade 51 moving in and out freely to and from mold faces 32 and 42 corresponding to the section 25 to be cut is provided on either of the bottom force 31 or the top force 41, and the cutting blade 51 is protruded out of the mold faces 32 or 42 of the bottom force 31 or the top force 41 to cut the section 25 to be cut of the molded product 10, and then the molded product is released. |
