DEVICE FOR LIQUID TREATMENT IN FLOW

A device for treatment of liquid in flow relates to ultrasonic technology and can be used in different fields of industry for intensification of technological processes. The device contains pipe for liquid with input in one end and output in another end, which comes in contact on each side with magnets and radiators of composite ultrasonic transducers fixed on the pipe and electrically connected to the generator output inside one section in such a way that in the pipe the resonance radial-and-flexural vibrations are excited. The radiators are joined to ultrasonic transducers by threaded joint and made in form of oscillations concentrator fixed on the pipe by rigid coupling of end surfaces of concentrators of oscillations to grooves made on side surface of the pipe along generatrixes. The interval between ultrasonic transducers of adjacent sections is equal to half of wave length of resonance longitudinal-and-flexural vibrations in the pipe at the antiphasal coupling with generator and equal to wave length of resonance longitudinal-and-flexural vibrations in the pipe at the cophasal coupling with generator. The magnets disposed in intervals between transducers of different sections are made in form of plates fixed with adjusted space between their side surfaces and having equal poles by pairs, and input and output are made in the form of flanges mechanically unbonded relative to the ends of the pipe.
