<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make speedily and surely executable initializing operation to a function circuit even when the initialization of the function circuit is frequency requested. SOLUTION: A reset control part 6 is provided for generating the charging time of first and second capacitors C1 and C2 as a signal required for initializing the function circuit, and according as whether the terminal voltage of respective capacitors C1 and C2 exceeds a preset threshold or not, after a switch circuit 4 connects the first capacitor C1 connected to the reset control part 6 to a first load circuit 2 and connects the second capacitor C2 connected to a second load circuit 3 to the reset control part 6, the circuit 4 disconnects the first capacitor C1 from the reset control part 6 and disconnects the second capacitor C2 from the second load circuit 2.</p> |
