PURPOSE: A parking system for houses is provided to reduce an occupied space when a system stops operation and the influence of the system on a road. CONSTITUTION: After vehicle entrance, a fixing sill is positioned in the rear of front wheels by pulling the fixing sill. An entrance guide plate is retracted and inserted to a wheel support. A driving motor(42) is operated for the ascent. The rotation of the motor is transmitted to a chain driving wheel(46) via a power train shaft(44) and a power transmission chain. An up and down movement chain is pulled by the motion of the chain driving wheel. A wheel of a support arm is guided along a pillar(14) and a parking stand(18) ascends. According to the placement of the parking stand in the uppermost position, a front guide rail meets an outer rail. Then, the driving motor stops.
