PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noise control equipment for piping of stationary induction electrical apparatus, which can be installed easily and can exhibit a large noise reducing effect. SOLUTION: In a stationary induction electrical apparatus provided with piping 3 led out of a sound insulation construction installed around the apparatus, a flexible noise-absorbing material 10 is put around the piping 3 and the whole surface of the material 10 is covered with noise insulation covers 11 and 12. The weights of the covers 11 and 12 are supported by the elasticity of the noise-absorbing material 10.
