PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING VACUUM PACKAGING FILM HAVING DIFFERENT PATTERN AND VACUUM PACKAGING BAG USING THE FILM

PURPOSE: Provided are process for preparing vacuum packaging film possible to form various patterns and bag for vacuum packaging using the film by forming irregular projection arrangement inside the film to increase amount of air discharge and to obtain various patterns desired. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of melting and extruding thermal-sealing resin layer through nozzles(832) of T-die extruder(830) on base layer to form film; passing the film through lamination unit(800)having roller(810) and cooling roller(820) to produce vacuum packaging film. The roller(810) has grooves with different sizes and irregular arrangement structure for forming various patterns. The thermal sealing resin layer has projections corresponding to the grooves and air passage.
