PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data reading controller for replenishing image data of a two-dimensionally optional direction to a ring buffer area. SOLUTION: An image data management means 11 for managing the writing/reading of image data in/from a memory space manages image data to be read out to a ring buffer by a rectangular area of the memory space, a ring buffer management means 12 for managing entry of image data to the ring buffer manages an address next to the end address of the ring buffer out of addresses continued from a start address up to the end address as a start address, a replenishing data management means 13 manages a replenishment area of the memory space for image data to be replenished to the ring buffer, and a replenishment area management means 14 for managing replenishment area of the ring buffer manages the area on the basis of a reference address in the ring buffer.
