PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole inspection system for a holed container 1 for inspecting a pore 1a which is open to the outside and is formed in the flexible container 1. SOLUTION: The pore inspection system is capable of performing a suitable inspection on the size of the hole 1a of the flexible container 1 with simple structure. A gas A residing in the container 1 is jetted from the hole 1a by pressing the flexible container 1 from the outside; the jetting pressure of the gas jetting from the hole 1a by pressing is detected; and then the size of the hole 1a is determined by comparing the detection value of the jetting pressure at a predetermined time when the jetting pressure rises, with an upper limit pressure value corresponding to the maximum size of the hole 1a and a lower limit pressure value corresponding to the minimum size of the hole 1a.
