PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To understand the relative change of an object itself by accumulating activity state patterns of the object and calculating an activity state pattern for each predetermined period as needed.

SOLUTION: The activity state evaluation server comprises an object detector including an activity state detection part 120 detecting an activity state of the object and an object activity state information transmitting part 122 transmitting the object activity state information; an object activity state information receiving part 202 receiving the object activity state information; a first activity state pattern calculation part 204 calculating a first activity state pattern in day units; a second activity state pattern calculation part 206 calculating a second activity state pattern in day units as needed; a first activity state pattern storage part 208 storing the first activity state pattern; a second activity condition pattern storage part 210 storing the second activity state pattern; and an activity state pattern change determination part 212 determining the degree of relative change in activity state pattern of the object.
