<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a policy of distribution of contents in a content holder by using distribution standards of various contents and to enable a user to pleasantly receive contents. <P>SOLUTION: A storage section 43 of a content document reception device 40 stores information regarding the communication band of received contents and when it is decided whether the contents are distributed based upon the large/small relation between the communication speed of a communication line and a threshold, a threshold setting section 46b sets the threshold based upon the information regarding the communication band stored in the storage section 43, so that while the policy of distribution of a contents holder to dynamically decide whether the contents are distributed by using the communication band of the contents can be satisfied, a break of the distribution of the contents is suppressed even when the communication speed of the communication path is slow, thereby enabling the user to pleasantly receive the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
