NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery excelling in a high-rate discharge characteristic after repeating a charge-discharge cycle, and high in safety when lithium iron phosphate is used for a positive electrode active material by solving a problem where a characteristic is degraded by a charge-discharge cycle in a nonaqueous electrode secondary battery using a positive electrode active material prepared by combining lithium iron phosphate with carbon.

SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is characterized in that the positive electrode active material is a mixture of lithium iron phosphate and lithium cobaltate; and the content percentage of lithium cobaltate in the mixture is 1-30 mass%.
