The invention relates to a method for the production of composite systems made of metal and polymer moulded items in the form of stabilizer bearings, bushings, journal bearings, especially for use in a chassis, stops, buffers, especially bearing arms for unit bearings, or sleeve bearings, especially rotating torsion bar shoulder bearings, wherein, firstly, at least one fully vulcanized or partially vulcanized elastomer moulded item (2), especially a rubber moulded item, is provided as a polymer moulded item in addition to a metal part (3,5); the metal part and the polymer moulded item are at least partially placed adjacent to each other; and finally, the metal part (3,5), or at least one region of the surface where the metal part and the polymer moulded part are adjacent to each other, is at least temporarily exposed to at least one induction field of at least one inductive heating unit (7). |
