SHOTCRETE SPURTING GUN FOR SPURTING DRY AND SEMI-DRY SHOTCRETE

A mixing shotcrete gun for spurting dry and semi-dry shotcrete is provided to secure high mixing efficiency by mixing the air, water, and materials in a mixing tube installed between a nozzle head and a spray nozzle and to reduce rebound and generation of dust. A mixing shotcrete gun for spurting dry and semi-dry shotcrete is composed of: a nozzle head(10) having a compressed air supply hole(11) and a water supply hole(12); a compressed air joining pipe(20) combined with the nozzle head to supply the compressed air; a water joining pipe(30) combined with the nozzle head to supply the water; and a mixing tube of which one end is connected to the nozzle head and the other end is connected to a spray nozzle(50). The nozzle head comprises a material transfer passage formed in a body to deliver materials; the water supply hole formed on the outer surface of the body in a circumferential direction; the compressed air supply hole formed on the outer surface of a housing(41) in a circumferential direction, to keep a predetermined gap from the water supply hole; plural compressed air injecting passages making the compressed air supply hole and the material transfer passage communicate with each other; and a water supply nozzle(16) making the water supply hole and a compressed air supply pipe(22) communicate with each other.
