An electrodeless lamp is provided to improve discharge efficiency of a display device by facilitating a coil winding process around a magnetic core. An electrodeless lamp includes a magnetic structure(10), a rod(50), a support(40), and an envelope. The magnetic structure includes a cylindrical magnetic body and a coil. The magnetic body includes a hollow portion therein and has an external flat surface. The coil is arranged on outer periphery of the magnetic body so as to be wound around the magnetic body. The rod is coupled with hollow portion of the magnetic body. The support is coupled with the rod. The envelope includes a discharge tube therein. A fluorescent material is applied on an inner surface of the envelope which contains discharge gas. The magnetic body is inserted into the discharge tube.
