摘要 A non-open cut type tunnel construction method is provided to connect small-diameter steel pipes between large-diameter steel pipes tightly, to resist soil pressure while propelling small-diameter steel pipes, to recover a structure like a small-diameter steel pipe used for tunnel excavation perfectly, to reduce the cost and time required for work, to secure easiness at work by propelling large-diameter steel pipes and installing rails in the large-diameter steel pipes, and then press-fitting a tunnel structure, and to reduce the kind of components for a tunnel structure by using a small-diameter steel pipes. A non-open cut type tunnel construction method comprises the steps of: excavating soil in the longitudinal direction of each tunnel, and propelling and press-fitting many upper large-diameter steel pipes(100) at regular intervals on the upper part at the appointed height of a tunnel to be excavated in the widthwise direction; press-fitting and propelling many small-diameter horizontal steel pipes between the upper large-diameter steel pipes, connecting the upper large-diameter steel pipes and the small-diameter horizontal steel pipes using horizontal steel pipes, and then grouting(300) on the upper and lower parts of the small-diameter horizontal steel pipes and the circumference of the upper large-diameter steel pipes; propelling and press-fitting foundation large-diameter steel pipes(400) directly below the upper large-diameter steel pipes, and press-fitting and connecting small-diameter vertical steel pipes between the upper large-diameter steel pipes and the foundation large-diameter steel pipes; installing foundation rails(600) to the inside of the foundation large-diameter steel pipe to advance a tunnel structure easily in the longitudinal direction, advancing a tunnel structure along the foundation rails, and pushing each small-diameter horizontal steel pipe and the small-diameter vertical steel pipe backward compulsorily with the tunnel structure to be discharged to the outside, and then recovering; and recovering remnants of the large-diameter steel pipes and installing a lower slab.
