The probe has optical fibers guided in a cannula made of stainless steel and a laser fiber (4), where distal end of the fibers is sealed by a transparent lens-shaped designed bulge, so that illuminating light (15) coupled in the fibers is radiated and a coupled laser light (14) is discharged from the fiber. The fiber is embedded into a transparent form element e.g. prism, made of plastic and has a casing (12, 13). The laser light is directly injected into the fiber and coupling of the illuminating light is provided in the casing or the element over an optical element (16).
