<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation film the durability of which under high temperature and high humidity is improved without spoiling alignment property and optical compensation function, and also to provide: a polarizing plate on which the optical compensation film and a polarizer are stuck; and a liquid crystal display having an excellent viewing angle characteristic without spoiling display quality even under high temperature and high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The optical compensation film is characterized by having an alignment layer for aligning a liquid crystal compound and an optically anisotropic layer composed of the liquid crystal compound on a supporting body, wherein the alignment layer contains at least one of an epoxy compound, isocyanate compound and aziridine compound in an amount of 0.10 to 30.0 mass% with respect to the total solid part of the alignment layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
