PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user easily grasp a battery degradation condition (a battery life); and to avoid a battery from getting quickly dead in advance even though immediately after charging. SOLUTION: In a charge management device 1 for performing charge management of a secondary battery 2, a charging time is measured for every charge of the secondary battery 2, an accumulated charging time is calculated for each secondary battery, and an accumulated charging time is displayed on a display/operation section 6.
