PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure of a base-isolated building, which can realize the base-isolated building with an excellent appearance, and which enables the sure maintenance of piping and the like and facilitates alteration, while enhancing the degree of freedom of design such as a plan, even if an underfloor space is narrow in the small-scale base-isolated building such as a house. SOLUTION: Characteristically, a base step section 8, which is provided separately from a concrete foundation 4, brought into continuous contact with the concrete foundation 4 and raised up to the vicinity of a lower end of an upper structure 2, is installed on the outer periphery of an underfloor clearance 6 between the upper structure 2 and the concrete structure 4 of a lower structure 5.
