PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document feeder provided with a document sorting structure, wherein the document feeder includes a document feeding table and the document sorting structure. SOLUTION: The document sorting structure includes a pedestal installed within the document feeding table, a document sorting pad installed on the pedestal surface, a roller installed in the pedestal, a document sorting roller, further, which contacts the document sorting pad and the roller, and an elastic member that supports the pedestal so that the document sorting pad and the roller can make close contact with the document sorting roller.
