PURPOSE: A semiautomatical peptide synthesis device is provided to produce medicinal and pharmaceutical product by minimizing impurities. CONSTITUTION: A peptide synthesis device comprises: a solvent tank(10) storing and providing solvent or reactant for peptide synthesis; a control valve(20) regulating and passing the amount of solvent from the solvent tank; a main body(301); sealing part(302) for closing the main body; an inlet port(303) installed in the sealing part, which allows solvent flows in inside the main body; a stirrer(304) mixing the solultion, thermometer(305), glass filter(306) mounted inside the main body to prevent damage of resin; a reactor(30) comprising a vent(307) at the lower part of the main body; a tank(40) containing waste solution; and a vacuum pump(50) providing fluid pressure in order for solvent to be injected to the reactor. |
