<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development solution used for accurate and highly sensitive immunochromatography for sufficiently detecting even a low concentration of substances to be detected while suppressing pseudo-positive reaction caused by the nonspecific adsorption of components except the substances to be detected contained in a sample. <P>SOLUTION: In the immunochromatography using a detection reagent labeled with an insoluble carrier, the development solution contains a vinyl-based water-soluble polymer having a polar group containing oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms and a non-ionic surface-active agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
