PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controlled mat capable of preventing lifting of bases from a floor caused by being pushed each other when the bases are elongated in accompany with thermal expansion of a temperature control pipe. SOLUTION: A floor heating mat 1 has small mats A-H constituted by arranging a plurality of roughly-rectangular bases 10-18. The bases 10-18 are arranged through butting sections T4between a line of small mats A-D and a line of small mats E-H in a state of being butted at one minor side 20. An easily-deformable section 4 is formed on the minor side 20 at a butting section T4side of each base 10-18. The easily-deformable section 4 deforms when the power in the approaching direction of the bases 10-18 adjacent to each other through the butting section T4is added, to permit the approach of the bases 10-18.
