PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing apparatus with a carrying apparatus which is made short in set up time, reduced in occupancy space, and low in cost. SOLUTION: The resin sealing apparatus has a loader unloader apparatus in which a loader mechanism, that can advance in a metallic mold and can carry a work 9 and a resin tablet 8 before resin sealing in bulk into the metallic mold, and an unloader mechanism, that can take out a cull resin of a part equivalent to the cull by adsorption when the work 9 after resin sealing is taken out of the metallic mold, are integrated and a work holding part 3 is shared.
