PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uncoated printing paper of a low basis weight which has excellent strike through preventing properties of a printed image, reduces surface strength poverty of paper during offset printing, and reduces occurrence of curl.SOLUTION: Uncoated printing paper has a density of 0.70 g/cmor less and a thickness of 30 μm or less, and contains at least pulp and a filler. The uncoated printing paper contains 55 pts.mass or more of softwood pulp with respect to 100 pts.mass of the whole pulp. At least one kind of the filler is titanium dioxide. The uncoated printing paper contains 85 pts.mass or more of titanium dioxide with respect to 100 pts.mass of the filler.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
