A vehicle armrest having a cup holder moving structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle armrest having a cup holder moving structure comprises: an armrest body rotationally installed in a seat back of a rear seat; a cup holder provided inside the armrest body and installed to be spaced to an upper portion side from a floor surface of the armrest body to form a space portion between the floor surface and the upper portion side; a link bracket fixedly installed in a seat back side; and a link unit linked to the armrest body and the link bracket, converting rotation movement of the armrest body to straight line movement of the cup holder through the link bracket when the armrest body is rotated, and vertically moving the cup holder with respect to the armrest body.
