An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a buffer layer formed on a substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the buffer layer, and including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; a gate insulating layer formed between the active layer and the gate electrode; an interlayer insulating layer formed between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes; a first opening (C1) formed in an area which does not overlap the thin film transistor and is commonly formed in the gate insulating layer and the interlayer insulating layer; a first organic layer (VIA) covering the source electrode and the drain electrode and having a second opening (C5) formed in an area overlapping the first opening; a pixel electrode formed in the second opening, and physically in direct contact with the buffer layer; a second organic insulating layer (PDL) having a third opening (C8) formed in an area overlapping the second opening, and covering an end portion of the pixel electrode; an organic light emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode; and a counter electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention has improved light efficiency by a microcavity structure. |
