The present invention relates to a resource circulation apparatus for steel cord sheet scrap generated in a production process of a tire. The resource circulation apparatus for the steel cord sheet scrap generated in the production process of the tire according to the present invention, which separates synthetic rubber and steel cord from the steel cord sheet scrap of the tire, includes: a freezing unit for freezing the steel cord sheet scrap; a press-crushing unit for pressing, crushing, and transferring the frozen steel cord sheet scrap discharged from the freezing unit; a crushing unit for crushing the steel cord sheet scrap transferred by the press-crushing unit to separate the steel cord sheet scrap into the synthetic rubber and the steel cord; and a selecting unit for selecting the steel cord by using magnetic force to transfer the steel cord toward a first outlet and transfer the synthetic rubber toward a second outlet. The press-crushing unit includes a lower roller, an upper roller arranged to be movable in the vertical direction over the lower roller, and a driving motor for driving each of the lower roller and the upper roller. |
