According to an embodiment of the present invention, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises: a panel having a service window; a service cover coupled to be moved to a front surface of the panel to selectively open and close the service window and having a sliding hole extended to a predetermined length in a horizontal direction; a fastening member penetrating the sliding hole to be inserted into the panel; and a control box having a display unit formed on one side of the front surface and mounted on a rear surface of the panel to enable the display unit to be placed on the service window. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner reduces work time required for opening or closing a service window since a process of separating an additional fastening screw to separate a service cover from a service panel is not necessary.
