PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform monitoring processing corresponding to importance of collected state information.SOLUTION: State information of monitoring object items collected from a monitoring object device is stored in a state information storage unit 115. A plurality of retrieval conditions with different importance are stored in a retrieval condition storage unit 111. Output destination information which shows whether the state information is outputted to a first output destination 118 or a second output destination 119 when retrieval is performed with a retrieval condition is stored in an output destination information storage unit 113 in association with each retrieval condition. Retrieval request means 114 issues a retrieval condition stored in the retrieval condition storage unit 111 to retrieval means 117 according to an issuance schedule, and outputs the state information which the retrieval means 117 retrieves using the retrieval condition to the first output destination 118 or the second output destination 119 according to the output destination information associated with the retrieval condition. |
