PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlapping structure which prevents the occurrence of an opening at the overlapping part of horizontal roofing materials adjacent to each other in the ridge direction.SOLUTION: An overlapping structure of horizontal roofing materials includes an engaging part on the downstream side, a locking part on the upstream side, and an overlapped or overlapping part at an end in the ridge direction. The overlapped part has a convex curvature toward the surface side in the eaves-ridge direction. The rear face of the overlapped part is provided with a back-up material. The overlapping part has a convex curvature milder than that of the overlapped part toward the surface side in the eaves-ridge direction. The horizontal roofing material is fixed with the engaging part and the locking part such that the overlapping part is stacked on the overlapped part of an adjacent horizontal roofing material in the ridge direction. |
