DRYING COMPLEX FOR SAWN TIMBER

摘要

The invention relates to wood-processing industry and can be used at development of designs of installations for drying wood with use of evacuation of drying chambers. Drying complex for sewed timber has vacuum-receiver system of complex that provides sequential multiple cyclic evacuation of two drying chambers and consists of three vacuum-receivers where each of two lower ones is connected by pipelines to respective drying chamber and to sluice chamber, and with installed over those upper vacuum-receiver with vacuum pump connected to it. At that the lower receivers are installed with inclination, those have cooled and coinciding with those gate units and are equipped with signal units that transfer to complex control panel sound signal on beginning and end of discharge of moisture being removed from wood condensate to sluice chamber at each next cycle of evacuation of drying chambers. Due to use of new elements that are receiver equipment of complex that provides cyclic evacuation of drying chambers and excludes discharge of moisture condensate being removed through vacuum pump to atmosphere and presence of signal devices that control time of evacuation cycles problem is solved on use of ecologically friendly technologies at vacuum drying of wood with simyltaneous control of process of its moisture removal till coming to given end humidity.
