PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample treatment system and a method.SOLUTION: A sample treatment system includes (a) a sample treatment unit including an input port and an output port connected to a rotary container having at least one sample chamber, and configured to rotate the container so as to provide a first treatment step to a sample, or apply a centrifugal force to the sample deposited in the chamber to separate at least first component and a second component of the deposited sample, and (b) a sample separation unit connected to the output port of the sample treatment unit, a cell separation unit including a separation column holder, a pump, a fluid circuit, and a plurality of valves configured to at least partially control a flow rate passed through a separation column disposed in the holder, and the separation column being configured to separate the label and non-label components of the sample supplied through the column.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
