A washing machine damping mechanism and a washing machine provided with the same. The washing machine damping mechanism comprises a plurality of first dampers (2) supporting a washing machine outer cylinder (1), and a second damper (3) is connected between at least two of the first dampers (2). On the basis of the original first dampers (2), the present washing machine damping mechanism adds the second damper (3) connecting two first dampers (2), and inhibits the amplitude of the washing machine outer cylinder (1) via the second damper (3), effectively limiting vibrations of the whole machine in the vertical and horizontal directions, and thereby effectively reducing the size of a counterweight, so that the structure of the washing machine is more compact and also achieves better damping and noise reduction effects.
