摘要 Provided is a shape-memory alloy material used for three-dimensional printing, prepared primarily from the following starting materials, in parts by weight: 50-60 parts metal foam powder, 30-40 parts shape-memory alloy particulate, 3-8 parts alcohol-soluble resin, and 0.1-0.5 parts dispersant; the shape-memory alloy particulate is fixed into the pores of the metal foam powder; by means of grinding and refinement, a spherical material having an average particle diameter of 50-100 mesh is obtained; during the process of three-dimensional-printing heating and cooling, the shape-memory alloy particulate deforms in the micropores of the metal foam powder; the metal foam powder serves as the support structure for the printing and ensures that while three-dimensional printing is forming a product, the shape of the product is not affected by the deformation of the shape-memory alloy particulate; thus a high-precision shape-memory alloy product is obtained.
