A human body protecting method for a laser projection device, comprising: receiving a detection signal of an infrared sensor; judging, according to the detection signal, whether a human body exists or not; if so, controlling and starting the infrared sensor (5) to scan at a first angle; receiving a first detection signal sequence obtained by the infrared sensor (5); judging whether a human signal exists in the first detection signal sequence or not; and if so, reducing projection brightness to a first brightness value. Due to the fact that the infrared sensor (5) moves relative to a stationary human body, the moving infrared sensor (5) can accurately detect the stationary human body staying in a projection light path area. Also provided are a human body protecting apparatus and a laser projection device. |
