The high-speed sampling module (110) is used for sampling a received signal, and outputting a sampled signal to the AFFT module (120). The AFFT module (120) is used for perform time-frequency conversion on the sampled signal, and outputting an analog frequency domain signal to the selection switch module (130). The selection switch module (130) is used for transmitting the analog frequency domain signal to the ADC module (140). The low-speed ADC module (140) is used for converting the analog frequency domain signal into a digital baseband signal. The control module (150) is used for configuring a sampling rate of the high-speed sampling module (110), fast Fourier transform points used when the AFFT module (120) performs the time-frequency conversion, and a target input port of the selection switch module (130).
