Disclosed are a service processing method, a PCRF and a service processing system, which can improve service experience of a user according to actual demands of the user. The method in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a PCRF acquires service information of a service, the service information comprising a service identifier; the PCRF obtains information that indicates that a service requires quality of service (QoS) guarantee as well as service chain information according to user information and the service information; when the PCRF determines, according to the service chain information, that a network resource occupied by a service will be changed, the PCRF sends, to a value-added service processor, the service identifier and the information that indicates that a service requires quality of service (QoS) guarantee; the PCRF receives target service information, returned by the value-added service processor, of a service corresponding to the service identifier; the PCRF generates a first control policy according to the target service information; and the PCRF sends the first control policy to a PCEF, so that the PCEF reserves a first network resource according to the first control policy. Embodiments of the present invention also provide the PCRF and a service processing system. |
